Shipping & remakes
Everything is printed after you order it. Production takes 1–3 business days; then the parcel ships with a tracking link.
Rates and times
- United States: $5.99 for the first item + $1.99 each extra · on us over $60 · 5–9 business days
- Europe & UK: $8.99 for the first item + $5.99 each extra · on us over $90 · 10–20 business days

Shipping is shown in the cart before checkout and charged in your currency. Duties or import VAT outside the US, if any, are paid by the recipient.
Holiday cut-offs
Each collection shows an order-by date for your delivery zone. Order before it and standard delivery lands before the holiday; after it, we still print in 1–3 days but can't promise the date.
Remakes
Personalized items can't be returned for a change of mind — nobody else can use them. If a piece arrives damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, e-mail a photo within 14 days of delivery to hello@velumi.shop and we remake it at no cost.
Typos
We print the text exactly as entered. If you spot a mistake, e-mail us within 12 hours — before production starts we can fix it.
