What we collect

Your name, shipping address, e-mail and the personalization you enter (text and photos) when you place an order. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.

Why

To produce and ship your order through our print partners, send order and tracking e-mails, and — only if you opt in — the newsletter. We do not sell or rent your data.

Photos

Photos you upload are used only to produce your order and are deleted from our systems within 90 days of delivery.

Partners

Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), our print partners (production and shipping), Resend (e-mail) and Cloudinary (photo uploads) receive only the data needed for their part of the order.

Cookies

Your cart lives in your browser's local storage. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner.

Your rights

Request a copy or deletion of your data any time at hello@velumi.shop.
