How personalization works
Type the text exactly as it should appear — we print what you write, including capitals. For photos, choose the sharpest file you have (phone photos are fine). We crop to fit the shape, remove nothing else, and e-mail you if the file is too small. Every file is checked by a person before it goes to print.
Shipping & remakes
Production 1–3 business days. US 5–9 business days, Europe & UK 10–20 business days, rest of the world 2–4 weeks. Personalized items can't be returned for a change of mind, but anything damaged or misprinted is remade at no cost — send a photo within 14 days.
